We’ve now opened registration for our youth competitive basketball league and our first ever girls youth basketball league.
Not only is the highly-anticipated fall competitive league for boys’ AAU teams, club teams, and travel teams returning this September, but for the first time ever, Unlocked Potential is proud to introduce the Flag Elite Fall Youth Girls Basketball League in Flagstaff, AZ.
This is more than just a league! This is an opportunity for young athletes in Flagstaff to elevate their game, grow their confidence, and compete in a structured, positive, and high-energy environment or a fundamentally, skill developmental recreational league meant for beginners looking to build skills while having fun.

This fall, we proudly launch our first-ever all-girls youth basketball league under the Flag Elite banner. The creation of this league is a major milestone for basketball in Northern Arizona, finally giving girls the same competitive opportunities and support system as boys have enjoyed.
Girls in grades 3rd through high school can now join this structured, empowering, and competitive league that puts female athletes front and center.
Whether your daughter is an experienced player looking for stronger competition or she’s ready to take her game to the next level, this league is designed to elevate her skills and confidence.
Expect the same features as the boys league! Jerseys, practices, weekly games, coaching, awards, all star games, regular season games and playoffs are included…as well as a strong, supportive community of athletes, coaches, and families.

Every registered player or can expect a complete basketball experience. This isn’t just a few pick-up games this is a full-blown elite league format that mirrors our Flag Elite fall youth recreation basketball league. You can expect exactly what you’d expect from any of our other top-tier youth basketball leagues in Flagstaff.
Girls Youth Basketball League Divisions
Divisions are as following:
- 3rd Grade
- 4th Grade
- 5th Grade
- 6th Grade
- 7th-9th Grade

- Player Draft: Each Registered player will be drafted on to a team.
- Team Jerseys: Each player receives a professional-style Flag Elite game jersey to represent their team.
- Weekly Practices: Teams have access to regular practice times to develop skills, conditioning, and team chemistry.
- Regular Season Games: Teams will play a consistent schedule of competitive games throughout the season.
- Individual and Team Awards: We recognize players for performance, sportsmanship, and hustle with mid-season and end-of-season awards.
- End-of-Season Playoffs: All divisions will compete in a bracket-style playoff tournament to determine the fall champions.
