Individual training sessions will consist of an hour and a half training per session. this will include specific one on one training that will accommodate for needs and goals based on each individual as well as building fundamental physique
Group training sessions will focus on helping kids develop fundamental skills. not only do we do fundamental skill development we will exert those skills in a game like situation. This will help them build confidence and character.
Team training sessions will focus on the offensive or defensive areas that a team desires to develop. This large volume session allows for players to use skills and fundamental training in an instructional scrimmage. This allows us to learn what aspects of their individual skills should be fine tuned. fundamentals will also be incorporated.
